C. Payments & Refunds

Plans: Billed monthly/annually (Small Clinic, Professional, Fully Managed).

No Refunds: For partial use, but cancellations are allowed.

Chargebacks: May result in account termination.

D. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Clinic losses due to platform use.

Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors). Unauthorized access due to clinic negligence.

E. Indemnification

You agree to hold Integrahealth harmless from claims arising from:

Your misuse of the platform. Patient disputes over bookings or communications.

F. SMS/Email Terms

Opt-Out: Patients can text STOP to unsubscribe. Carriers: Not liable for delayed/failed messages.

Rates: Message/data fees may apply.

G. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Informal discussion for 30 days.

Arbitration: If unresolved, a neutral arbitrator decides (costs shared).

Exceptions: Small claims court or IP disputes allowed.
