These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Integrahealth.io ("Site"), owned and operated by Integrahealth ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site and services, you ("User," "Clinic," or "you") agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Integrahealth provides a clinic management platform designed to:

Streamline patient care with CRM tools. Automate bookings and reminders via SMS/email. Offer pre-built workflows for efficiency.

Support course creation & passive income (for applicable plans). We offer three service plans: Small Clinic Plan (DIY setup) Professional Plan (expert-guided course creation) Fully Managed Passive Income Program (done-for-you solution)

2. User Responsibilities Provide accurate information when registering.

Use services only for lawful purposes (no spam, fraud, or misuse). Comply with healthcare privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA if applicable).

3. Intellectual Property All content (software, logos, workflows, etc.) is owned by Integrahealth or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our platform.

4. Payments & Refunds

Fees are billed monthly/annually based on your plan. No refunds for partial use, but cancellations are allowed.

Chargebacks may result in service termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: Clinic losses due to platform use. Third-party integrations (e.g., payment processors).

Internet outages or data breaches beyond our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to hold Integrahealth harmless from claims arising from: Your misuse of the platform.

Patient disputes over bookings, payments, or communications.

7. SMS/Email Compliance

Users must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA). Patients can opt out of messages via "STOP" or unsubscribe links. Carriers are not liable for failed deliveries.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Violating these Terms. Non-payment. Fraudulent activity.

9. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation First: Informal discussion for 30 days. Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes go to a neutral arbitrator (split costs). Exceptions: Small claims court or IP disputes allowed.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. Clinics are responsible for patient confidentiality.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance. Major changes will be emailed or posted.

12. Governing Law
