Privacy Policy.

Your health is personal. So is your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the control you keep over it.

01Who we are

IntegraHealth (“IntegraHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a health and wellness platform that helps clinics deliver personalized programs and helps patients track their progress. We are based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information across our website, applications, and services (together, the “Services”). We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy and health-information laws.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Services:

  • Information you give us — name, email, phone, and anything you enter in our intake forms, questionnaires, or contact requests.
  • Health & wellness information — details you or your clinic share as part of a program (see section 3).
  • Connected device data — with your authorization, metrics from wearables and health apps (e.g. sleep, activity, heart rate) via direct integrations.
  • Account & usage data — login activity, settings, and how you interact with the platform.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, and similar diagnostics collected automatically.

03Health information

Some of the information we process is sensitive health information. We treat it with heightened care. We collect it only with your knowledge and consent, use it solely to deliver the program you signed up for, and never sell it.

Your clinic is the primary steward of your health record; IntegraHealth processes this information on the clinic’s behalf and under our agreement with them.

04How we use your information

  • To deliver, personalize, and support your health program.
  • To connect and display data from devices and apps you authorize.
  • To communicate with you — appointments, updates, and responses to your requests.
  • To secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

We rely on your consent to collect and use your information, and you may withdraw it at any time (subject to legal or contractual limits). In some cases we may process information where permitted or required by law — for example, to comply with a legal obligation or to protect someone’s vital interests.

06Sharing & service providers

We share information only as needed to run the Services, and never more than necessary:

  • Your clinic — the healthcare provider delivering your program.
  • Service providers — vetted partners who host and operate our infrastructure (hosting, database, customer-relationship, and communication tools), bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers — if IntegraHealth is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with continued protection of your information.

07Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet legal, professional, and record-keeping requirements. Health records are retained in line with applicable healthcare regulations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

08Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated infrastructure — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a material breach as required by law.

09Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Withdraw consent or ask us to stop using your information.
  • Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Port a copy of the data you provided to us.

To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes set by law. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10Data location & transfers

Your information may be stored or processed by service providers located outside your province or country. Where it is, we ensure comparable protection through contractual and technical safeguards. Some jurisdictions may grant courts and authorities access to information under their local laws.

11Cookies & analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the site works.

12Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or the law evolve. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
